If you don’t already have a GitHub account, you can create one.

Creating a GitHub Repository:

  1. Click New: Spot the New icon at the top left of your screen. Give it a click to kick off the GitHub magic.

  2. Name Your Repository: Every creation needs a name. Enter a unique and memorable one for your repository. Make it catchy!

  3. Add a Description (Optional): Want to add a touch of personality? Write a brief description. This step is optional but can make your project more inviting.

  4. Public or private (Optional): If you want to make your repository publicly available, select Public. Otherwise, choose Optional. If you are yet to decide, no pressure – it’s optional.

  5. Initialize this repository with (Optional) A README file provides essential information about your project. Check the box next to Initialize this repository with a README to automatically create a README file for your project

  6. Click “Create Repository”: Ready to bring your creation to life? Click “Create repository” and watch the magic happen.
